After a months break from aerial and wrist being a little out of wack, it is time for conditioning! Gearing up for 2023 gigs! Super duper excited to build strength and get back in the studio soon! I am missing my aerial family so so much! Time to hunker down and get things moving! ☺️

Well after 4 festivals in a row, and a pulled muscle later, my body is telling to chill the hell out. I need some time to not to do anything right now, for at least a week. I will be back to aerial and movement soon. ❤🔥
