Just closed on this property today for my Buyers. This was a smooth transaction - until it wasn’t. It felt like someone was putting together a 1000 piece puzzle and they couldn’t find the last piece and flipped the table over and puzzle pieces went everywhere. So there I was, with three days left before closing, picking up all the pieces and putting it all back together again. It took some seller credits and a commission deduction, but I saved the deal and my clients got the home they love!
