Short box roll back series - in this video I’m using rollback ‘c curve’, and ‘hinge flat back’ variations. Increasing strength and range of motion allows for articulation between these two spinal shapes. Both important and necessary in any locomotive movement. Short box series focus on abdominal
articulated vertebral movement.
These movements are precursors to the more advanced repertoire with loaded extension and flexion seen in snake and twist.

MOTM - Feet in Straps series
One of the sweetest endings there is to a great class. The loops on your feet draw the legs into inversion, lengthening the hamstrings. Focus is placed on the stability of the pelvis, and further up the spine to maintain a neutral position under tension. Pressing your feet into the loops, the lengthened hamstrings are recruited, calling on the stabilizers, improving tone while increasing mobility. Watch the video for the following variations:
1. Parallel straight leg press
2. Frog
3. Leg circles in both directions
4. Internal rotation straight leg press
5. Extended (swimming) frog
