My entire life I always relied on the numbers on the scale to measure my “success” when trying to be healthier.
Countless times I gave up on myself because the scale would disappoint.
This time even though the scale is still a little bishhhh I won’t stop, I will be consistent. 💥💥🧘‍♂️💪🏻💡
