Dr. Matthew Fien - Patient originally presented with a massive infection around 20yo implants in the upper left quadrant. Many dentists turned her case down. accepted! 😬

Decided to extract the implants and degranulate and then we let the site heal for 4 months prior to re-entry and vertical bone augmentation. Vertical GBR with Titanium reinforced PTFE, plenty of auto scrapings, and PRF for good measure. 🎉
