Cincinnati Urban Promise is expanding our preschool program to serve even more children and families in our community—and we're looking for THREE passionate Preschool Lead Teachers to join our team!
If you believe every child deserves to be known, loved, and challenged to reach their full potential, we'd love to meet you.
At Cincinnati Urban Promise, you'll be more than a teacher. You'll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to whole-child development, building strong relationships with families, and creating a joyful, engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
We're looking for educators who have:
✅ A CPL 3, CDA, or Associate's Degree
✅ Experience as a lead teacher with 3–5-year-olds
✅ A collaborative spirit and a heart for serving children and families
As we continue to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our preschool and expand access to high-quality early childhood education on Cincinnati's West Side.

One of the best parts of Summer of Promise is seeing our staff jump right into the fun alongside our students! This week, our co-principal joined in a friendly hula hoop challenge.
