Anyone else shoot videos with a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra? Does it also look terrible?

I have a Sony mirrorless camera for when I feel like setting up proper lighting and getting a more polished look and whatnot, but for shooting a quick vid in my studio it's much easier to just use my phone... or at least it used to be. Ever since I upgraded from the Galaxy S23 to the S25, everything I shoot with it looks like this where it won't stay in focus. I feel like I've fiddled with just about every setting I can find, like the auto focus and stabilization, but nothing seems to help. Figure it's probably user error and not the camera. Anybody got any ideas?
