☀️ Running in the heat? Train smart.
The heat can make your normal pace feel hard. A few simple habits can keep you safer and performing your best:
💧 Hydrate before you feel thirsty.
🧂 Replace electrolytes during longer or sweatier sessions.
👕 Wear light-colored, breathable clothing.
🐢 Slow your pace—your effort matters more than your watch.
🛑 If you feel dizzy, stop sweating, become confused, or get chills, stop immediately and cool down.
Summer training builds resilience—but only if you’re smart enough to respect the heat. 🔥
Adjust your pace, stay hydrated, and remember: consistency beats heroics every time. 💪
