Shoutout to our Online & Contest Prep client, .13, who's taking home some hardware in her first Figure competition. 5th place in a very tough A Class (1st place winner taking the overall).
She dropped over 30lbs and 7.5 inches off her waist prepping for this moment, and every training session, cardio bout, and macros sacrificed counted.

Tomorrow is the day! First figure competition for one of our Online Coaching/Contest Prep clients, .13.
She's come a long way in her fitness journey, put in all the hard work to get where she's at now, and tomorrow will be displaying her current best!
