Diamond Dogs K9 Events

We just finished up a wonderful and productive sheepdog training clinic with the amazing and accomplished Scott Glen. He provided useful advice for improving our handling and communication with our dogs. It was a soggy four days, but a rainbow peeked out occasionally. Thanks so much to Scott for all his helpful insights, and to Katy Deardorff my super hard working friend and co host!!

TriCounty ASWA ASCA Stockdog Trials- at Diamond Dog, Chino, CA

Thursday 6 farm trials (2fowl, 2sheep, 2cattle), Fri/Sat/Sun am/pm arena trials (course B cattle, course F sheep, course F fowl) with PATD s/c (course A) option for am only. Judges are John Knepper, Jim McKay and Canby Scott.
Opening date 10/1, premium with more info coming soon.

Offering HIT prizes (tbd) and 11 buckles for HC (WTCH, non-Wtch, Open, MPS - Aussie & OB and overall HC sheep, cattle, fowl for the arena trials and silver key chains for HIT farm (open & adv) and silver buckle tumblers for overall HC farm (one for am/one for pm)

Faansie is originally from South Africa, now based in Texas, and is a top international trainer and competitor in the sheepdog world. It’s always a great opportunity to be able to learn from him.
