Chilton Twilight Drive-In Theater

Living in Northeast Wisconsin, we have been blessed with a beautiful fall, warmer weather than usual, sunny days and cool evenings. There are people in parts of our country, namely east Tennessee and northwest North Carolina, that are currently suffering after Hurricane Helene washed away whole communities. Several groups of people from Northeastern Wisconsin have been working with a distribution center in Cosby/New Port, Tennessee to get supplies and other needed things to people in this area. There is a group of 17 families whose houses were washed away living in a field in tents or under the stars. With colder weather approaching, several people in Wisconsin are trying to secure and bring campers to this area for safe shelter and heat. Below is a picture of one camper enroute to provide a temporary home for a family of 5. Humbled by what God has provided through these families involved, Mike and I, with family and friends, are in the process of purchasing one camper to send to Tennessee this week and would like to try to raise funds to provide a second camper to a family in this area.
We are doing a fund raiser at the De Pere and Chilton Cinema. Chilton Cinema will do take out pizza and popcorn orders from 4:30pm to 6:30pm Tuesday through Friday this week (Nov 12-15). We will donate 50% of take out pizza sales toward the purchase of a camper. If customers would like to purchase a bag of popcorn to go, we will donate 100% of take out popcorn to this effort. 25 years ago Vicki and I purchased the Depere cinema and Chilton indoor shortly after. 13 years ago we were approached to open a drive-in and the Chilton Twilight DI was off and running. .It has been an amazing journey. We have so many great memories and always worked to bring family friendly affordable movies to the Twilight. Although we will keep running our Depere and Clilton indoors cinemas Vicki and I will not be renewing our lease for a 14th season at the Twilight. We appreciate all our loyal movie going families and hope to see you at our indoor locations. The owners are interested in still renting the Twilight. **Last weekend open for the 2024 season.** Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice will play for an additional 2 nights at the drive in as a single feature. Gates open at 6:30. Movie starts at approximately 7:15pm. Admission is $10 per carload.

Our schedule changes this week to single features on Friday and Saturday nights only. This week we will feature Despicable Me 4 (PG). Gates open at 6:30 with movie starting at about 7:45pm. All admissions the remainder of the season are $10 per carload. Despicable Me 4 will play Friday and Saturday night, Sep 6-7. No carry ins please. Food and concessions available throughout the movie.
