Happy October 1st!
I enjoy this Fall weather for walks, and the kids love seeing all the decorations. Today, we went for a Leaf Walk. We talked about the changing season, how it feels outside, what clothes we wear, the crunching leaves. Then collected and compared leaves that had fallen from the tree.
Do you know how many educational boxes this 20 minute walk checked off? Totally impromptu & we weren't sitting in a classroom 😍

My goal is to create a safe space for kids to explore, learn and grow, with no restrictions on their growth and development. It is my passion to work with children and facilitate healthy, engaging, early learning experiences that aid in their future in a classroom beyond my home doors. I KNOW this is possible, I'm just navigating through HOW.
