What a fun project this was from start to finish!
Both load bearing garage beams were undersized and had a massive 2" sag in the middle.
Replaced both beams with Quad 16" LVLs, also installed (2) new overhead garage doors and 2 garage entry doors. Installed Fire rated sheetrock in the garage, then mud and paint.

This one was a handful, removing stucco isn't fun but we got it done and it looks awesome!
