As you guys know, our hearts will always be in Paradise. The Camp Fire did not take that away from us, but it did bring us down the hill to Chico and it taught us our hearts can be in multiple places. We have always said Paradise is home…. but really Butte County is home.

Over the past 6 years you guys have supported us every step of the way. From when we sold 3 or 4 Tri Tips the first Saturday of the month, to the 7,500 pounds of Porkmallows in 5 months when it went viral, to our menu being at your disposable in a store front and having partnerships with multiple small businesses in multiple towns within the county. We could not be more grateful for the support of our community. We truly know we would not be where we are without the help of each one of you. We also know, this is just the beginning. With that we would like to happily announce our new name:
