Mike joins as a Consultant Engagement Manager focused on HR Solutions, bringing a wealth of corporate knowledge including 15+ years of experience across human capital strategy, organizational performance, and business development. He’s led HR transformation and workforce planning initiatives, partnering with leadership to align people strategy with business goals.

He also brings a unique AR connection- his wife previously left her mark as our #1 producer before moving on to a private equity-backed organization and former client. Mike has already set his sights on beating her all-time record… no small task.
