B&A is proud to participate in (CIW), a weeklong effort to raise awareness about the importance of creating a more diverse and inclusive construction industry. Each day this week, B&A is highlighting a different CIW theme to support diversity, equity and inclusion-related activities. B&A is committed to making the construction industry more diverse and inclusive and providing equity for those under-represented.

Completed in 1917, the 500,000 sq. ft. Missouri State Capitol was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1969. Fast forward to 2023, the Carthage marble and Indiana limestone building is still being celebrated. It recently received the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art's 2023 Acanthus Award. Bulley & Andrews Masonry Restoration's (BAMR) extensive exterior renovation of the capitol was recognized in the Preservation & Restoration category during Wednesday night's award ceremony. In partnership with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates - WJE, the scope of work focused on restoring the deteriorating stonework facades on all elevations.
