I’ve been getting back to reading actual paper books 📖 (not a device)as part of my wind down each night and as I expected it’s helped my sleep 💤 tremendously. I Had to give a shout out for this amazing book! Forever Strong. Thank you for such a treasure! “muscle burns fat, drives metabolism, protects against disease and so much more.” If we are not taking care of our muscle, the body can’t take great care of us. This book is packed with easy to understand concepts about our bodies, the importance of continuously caring for our muscles 💪macronutrient distribution, frameworks on meals and exercise. I haven’t finished it yet (I take lots of notes) but I did Day 1 workout and it was great and a challenge. Empowering to look at muscles in a different way and to know they are a key 🔑 to unlocking better health. What are you doing to take care of your muscle health and stay strong?
