All of you who know me know that I’m an artist but I was first a listener.
I was that kid who escaped the world with my walkman and headphones.
Having to sit through grueling writing sessions with , and taught me how to ✍🏽 a great song. Watching Young Rj, ,Twilite,NO ID , ,Andy C, and craft beats exposed me to great production but unfortunately it gave me a hard ear.
What some think is dope I’m not impressed by,so if you see me co-signing something you know it’s gotta be 🥶‼️
Friday night I got invited to hear the new project from and Grammy winning producer “Put That On Everything”.
Out the gate the soulful On My Soul sets the pace for what to expect. Great storytelling,dope wordplay and bar work over stellar Xcel production. 💨💨💨🤯
A project with Chicago written all over it!
Whole album is dope but my standouts are MastoDon,Hottest In The City,Eyes Could See,On My Soul,For The G’s,Creeps Come Out(Chicago Mobb Deep shhhh!!)and im pi**ed they didn’t flow over the Money All Over The City joint!

What makes it even more impressive is that this album was done in just two sessions. 💎
Artist don’t know how to make albums anymore but when you have a producer calling the plays like Xcel all you gotta do is deliver,which Rufus and Ju did.
