Before you come in to file, make sure you have your documents READY.

If you are driving a truck that you do not own, you cannot write off or depreciate that truck. The company that owns the truck is responsible for that.

What YOU should bring instead:
✔️ Your summary sheet
✔️ Fuel receipts
✔️ Maintenance & expenses you paid for
✔️ Any out-of-pocket costs related to your work

You can only write off what you actually paid for.
