STIR THE POT!!!
Great advanced core movement that is one of my personal favorites! If you struggle with this movement, try starting with small circles, and then progressing to larger ones. Always make sure to keep your full body engaged.. let your muscles help each other...that’s what they’re there for. Also avoid letting your hips collapse.. let your core protect your lower back (lumbar spine) like it’s supposed to!
