Petra cocktail

2 denizen 3yr5 Moroccan Tagine syrup*
Stir and pour over large cube
Squeeze 1/4 wedge lime and 1 kumquat and discard

Garnish with whole kumquat and lime twist and dusting of Tagine spice

4oz 1:1 simple
Peal of 1 lime 5 tsp Moroccan Tagine spice mix
Pinch salt
Combine and let sit for 1+hours for best results
