At one point, I was doing hard practice 4x per week, I'm easing back into my routine. I did over 9 miles today and my workout.

Got to keep my head down and keep pushing!

high protein kabobs, made witg chickpea, quinoa, bulgur, Mediterranean spices, and barley flour, and a dash of olive oil to help form the patties & kabobs.

Being is simple however tedious. It takes simple whole ingredients, with a lil bit of creativity, patience, and nutrition planning.
