Congratulations to the 21 Enso athletes who qualified for this year's AAU Karate National Team!!! These athletes qualified based on their strong individual performances at last year's AAU Karate National Championships and/or North American Open. We're incredibly proud of the hard work, stellar performances, and strong spirit of sportsmanship that permeates this group. Many will go on to represent both AAU USA and Enso Karate at the WUKF World Championships in Romania later this year.

Huge congratulations to our Enso Elite Competition Team athletes for an amazing performance at AAU Karate Region 6 Championships!! We brought a diverse team of 53 athletes who spanned six decades in age and anywhere from 6 months to 20+ years of experience in karate — all working together to support each other on their karate journeys.

The 85 total medals our team members earned are a great achievement, but we are most proud of the hard work, lessons learned, and the lifelong friendships being built. A giant thank you to our amazing coaching team for their tireless guidance; to our dojo families for their support; and to AAU Karate for hosting a fun and safe event. We appreciate you all! 🫶🏼🥋🏆🔥
