Ok ladies let's get real! What foods or deserts are staples in your diet that you MUST have? Not the healthy meal that you have once a month, but that meal that you know is filled with all of the sweet, salty, or cheesy, scumptiousness that you eat regularly. I believe that we can find a healthy alternative to your favorite snacks, deserts, and meals.
Don't post here, but instead send me a message and list what you honestly eat on a typical day. I am not a dietian, but I will share with you different ways that I would tweak the meal to help you move closer to your fitness goals.
I will post different recipes and cooking tips to help you enjoy the foods you love without the guilt.
