Hall Prangle and Schoonveld (HPS) is excited to announce the election of Thomas M. Comstock to the Equity Partnership of the Firm. Mr. Comstock focuses his practice on representing hospitals, healthcare systems and individual providers in medical malpractice litigation. As an experienced litigator, he has tried a number of cases to verdict in Cook, Kane and McHenry Counties. Additionally, he is a member of the firm’s catastrophic trial team and has litigated cases in a number of jurisdictions across the country.

In addition to other awards, Mr. Comstock was recognized by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and Chicago Lawyers as one of the 40 Under Forty – Class of 2015.

We are excited to announce the election of Molly E. Pankauskas to the partnership at Hall Prangle and Schoonveld, LLC (HPS). Ms. Pankauskas focuses her practice on defending medical professionals against claims of malpractice and in licensure matters before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).

Ms. Pankauskas attended Boston College, where she studied political science, and DePaul University College of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Health Law. At DePaul, Ms. Pankauskas earned a Certificate in Health Law. She passed the Illinois bar in 2012 and worked for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) before joining Anderson Rasor & Partners LLP.

She Joined HPS in 2015.
