Jah’s practice incorporates Kundalini Yoga, bodywork, and herbalism - with an emphasis on curating transformative spaces of healing for Black, Brown, and Indigenous folks. Jah’s teaching style and “hands free” approach creates accessibility for neurodiverse folks, those navigating sensory differences, all body types, genders, and levels of practice.
