15 Elizabeth received an Award of Merit in the Gold Nugget Awards for Best Multi-Family Housing Community and Best Infill Solution.

Located in Chicago's West Loop, 15 Elizabeth showcases an efficient and modern approach to urban living. The project features five 2-3 bedroom units and two penthouses, each designed to connect its inhabitants with the surrounding landscape while ensuring privacy and tranquility. Drawing from the neighborhood's industrial heritage, the facade uses steel and glass, creating a dynamic interplay of light and transparency. Floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, terraces, and rooftop decks provide ample natural light and views of the city.
