Thoracic Mobility and mid back rotation

I highly recommend adding a block between the knees to squeezers add in abdominal work!

I generally don’t put roller under neck/head because it puts you into forward Head posture BUT , I was going for what my body needed in the moment and this is what was comfortable for me

Inhale into ribs and back for that full 360 degree expansion, and don’t force anything, allowing your breath to guide the movement, exhale slowly, melting into the stretch
