Julia Haines is a physical therapist at the Rush Physical Therapy - Naperville Ogden center. She specializes in dry needling and lymphedema. As an injured athlete once herself, she understands the feelings of urgency to safely get back to training and competition. She stays active by hiking, spin and strength classes and caring for her 7-month-old baby! You can see her out at the Wheaton Saturday Runs.
