Getting some poomsae practice. Poomsae is a series of coordinated techniques, and the practice requires sustained effort and concentration!

Moms. We are the ones behind the camera, making sure to capture the memories. We make sure to find the activities to engage our children and help them grow, and how to make it all happen. I started Tae Kwon Do as an adult, and it was the best choice I ever made for myself. I knew how important it would be for my own kids, and it brings me joy to share it with yours as I watch them grow.
