President Trump's Executive Order will establish a council that will focus on eliminating barriers to affordable housing: namely zoning laws, environmental regulations, and lengthy building permit processes.

The Council will consist of members from eight Federal agencies. These members will engage with government leaders and elected officials from across the country in the effort to identify and eliminate the “obstacles that impede the production of affordable homes."

Secretary Ben Carson will lead the council. Realtors® Release First Profile on LGB Buyers and Sellers The report uses four years of data from NAR’s Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers to analyze the differences between le***an, gay, bisexual, and heterosexual buyers and sellers.
