As our Mat Pilates specialist, Sophie focuses on the fundamentals that make movement truly effective: alignment, control, core strength, and body awareness. Her classes challenge people in the best way — helping them build strength from the inside out while learning how to move with intention.

Meet Sean Eder .strength
Sean brings intention and work ethic to every session at OYM.
As a CSCS trainer, his coaching blends two specialties: developing young athletes and helping clients build real, lasting strength through hypertrophy training. His programs are designed to build muscle methodically, reinforce strong movement patterns, and create results that last well beyond a single training cycle.
Sean is patient with the process and committed to the details. He teaches athletes how to move well, how to train with purpose, and how to build confidence through consistent effort.
Sean is detail-oriented in his coaching, and deeply invested in the long-term growth of the athletes he works with.
Outside the weight room, you’ll often find him talking movies 🎬 — a passion that reflects the same curiosity and appreciation for craft that he brings to coaching.
