FHLBank Chicago awarded a $1 million Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grant through our member Village Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank, to support the development, helping expand access to affordable and supportive housing for individuals and families, including those with disabilities. Poupard Place features 48 affordable rental apartments for households earning up to 60% of the area median income and includes supportive services coordinated by HODC.
