Today’s home sellers have to figure out how to handle amenities they added for the COVID pandemic. It’s harder than it sounds. 03/16/2022

Interesting perspective on changes to homes as a result of the pandemic. At my house we have a desk in the bedroom and our guest room was turned into remote school zone, as well as the unfinished basement being transformed into a "messy zone" for crafts, a kinetic sand table and now- an exercise room. I think you have to remove any work from home set ups from your primary bedroom- but it is good to show buyers that there are dedicated spaces for working from home- since it is the future for many people.

Today’s home sellers have to figure out how to handle amenities they added for the COVID pandemic. It’s harder than it sounds. As the spring home-selling season gears up, homeowners who installed temporary or permanent amenities to accommodate COVID-era living now must navigate a maze of no-win decisions.
