It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Laurie Bay, a cherished leader, advocate, and friend whose vision and dedication helped shape the very foundation of Face the Future Foundation.

Laurie was instrumental in the creation of Face the Future and proudly served as its first President. Her passion, compassion, and unwavering commitment to children and families impacted by craniofacial differences laid the groundwork for the mission we continue to carry forward today. Through her leadership, generosity, and belief in the power of community, Laurie helped create a foundation that has brought hope, healing, and support to countless lives.

Beyond her accomplishments, Laurie will be remembered for her warmth, grace, and genuine care for others. She had a remarkable ability to inspire those around her and a steadfast belief that every child deserves the opportunity to live a confident, joyful, and fulfilling life.

As we mourn this tremendous loss, we also celebrate Laurie’s extraordinary legacy — one that will continue to live on through the work of Face the Future Foundation and the many lives she touched.We extend our heartfelt condolences to Laurie’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
