Exercise #1: Clamshell
Lay on your side. Bring knees forward. Open and close leg slowly. Strengthens hips, legs, and knee stabilizers. 3 sets of 10. 🦵
Exercise #2: Hip Abduction
Straighten legs. Lift top leg up as far as you can. Strengthens glutes and hips. 3 sets of 10. ⬆️
Exercise #3: Glute Bridges
Knees closer to body. Lift hips up and down. Don't push too high. Feel the glute activation. 3 sets of 10. 🔼
Exercise #4: Straight Leg Raise
One knee bent. Stabilize with hands. Raise opposite leg. Strengthens and stretches. 3 sets of 10 each side. 📈
