🎓 Hats off to our latest grad, Cinnamon! After hard work and dedication to the process, Cinnamon's treatment (medication, training & management) is stable and can be taken over by her primary care vet. Here is what Cinnamon's humans shared about their experience with Insight:
"When we adopted Cinnamon, she was your typical puppy who wanted to play with everyone. After about 2 years, we noticed some behaviors such as reactivity and resource guarding coming to the surface. After a pretty scary fight between Cinnamon and our other resident dog, Emma, we knew we needed more advanced help than our local trainers could provide. Dr. K***z and the Insight team listened to all of our concerns and created a treatment plan tailored to Cinnamon's needs. We learned that there is most likely some chronic pain that has influenced Cinnamon's behavior, which was news to us. With the right dosage of medication and a great management/training plan, we are now able to take Cinnamon on walks, where reactions are minimal (or easily recovered) when we see other dogs or wildlife, and to co-exist with her "sister" Emma. They often now chase and wrestle with each other in our yard- living their best lives! Cinnamon is a much happier and more relaxed dog thanks to Insight!"
