An attorney for Dexter Reed’s family says they’re “demanding action” after reviewing video of the March 21 shooting involving Reed and five Chicago police officers.

This comes just two hours after the Chicago’s Civilian Office of Police Accountability, or COPA, released their report saying Reed fired first, adding he was initially pulled over for a seatbelt violation.
