Homeless Veterans In America Relief Foundation

The homeless population, here in the state, is going to be impacted greatly as the IL state budget has cut $14M for housing/shelter and other services in one program. Costs are high as it is and to have this money allocated to "other" unnecessary spending by lawmakers is insane. Please read the article.
