Chicago Discus

There are several reason why Coral Reds are one of my favorite discus varieties. The first is the way the red and the white colors blend together. It is almost like they were painted on with an impressionist paint brush. I also like the intensity of the red. Don't get me wrong... I love other types of Red Valentine, but the Coral Red are the brightest and most vivid. And finally I like the fact that the colors don't fade out or turn orange over time like red melons do.
