Every hater has a turning point.
Toyota's first all-electric lineup is here, the bZ, bZ Woodland, and C-HR, and the BEV Family Campaign had one job: turn EV doubters into believers. So we made it personal. And then we made it puppets.
Puppet Captain Raymond Carr designed and built five custom puppets that transform into their real human counterparts the moment they're won over. Matching locs, fades, twists, with dedicated hairdressers for both the talent and the puppets because details aren't details, they're the whole thing.
Raymond assembled an all-African American puppeteer team and brought the characters to life with cultural nuance that can't be faked and shouldn't be. Director Paul Hunter and Prettybird kept it authentic, fun, and unmistakably us. And Infinity Song's "Haters Anthem" on the track? Exactly the energy this deserved.
The skeptics had their moment. Now watch them become believers. ⚡
