POV: You’re at the Maine HR Convention and the final keynote erupts into a spontaneous choir.
Can I share something potentially controversial? Traditional keynotes aren’t creating the impact you want them to. You could be programming the best speakers on the planet, but if your audience isn’t also having an embodied experience, it won’t create the lasting effect you’re hoping for.
That’s why I applaude folks like Katie Jones and the Nimble Group, LLC. for moving through the discomfort of “Will they sing??” and discovering that with VOXUS, yes, they will!
Even more? They will walk away smiling and laughing and inspired to create real change. I’ll have more clips to share from this experience soon, but big gratitude for the opportunity and for the folks who hung out until the final keynote to learn more about the power of our individual and collective voice.
