We’re excited to announce a newly completed lease with Dream’s Pizza at Hazel Crest Center in Hazel Crest, Illinois!

Congratulations to Gregory Blade for completing the 3,625 SF lease transaction at our grocery-anchored shopping center. Dream’s Pizza brings an experienced restaurant operator in Mickey Banks, who has built a loyal customer base through his successful Calumet Park location.

One week later, we’re still feeling the energy from another successful ICSC Las Vegas trip!

It was great reconnecting with familiar faces and building new relationships throughout the week. From conversations at our booth to networking events, this year’s conference was an incredible experience and an amazing success for our team.
