In today’s environment, libraries face evolving challenges that demand confident, compassionate, and strategic leadership. Audacity is proud to partner with Library Journal to host a half-day virtual training course next Tuesday, November 11 that will equip library leaders with the tools to navigate high-pressure moments with clarity and credibility.

As part of the Crisis Communications Do’s and Don’ts session, participants will learn how to communicate effectively before, during, and after a crisis, ensuring transparency, trust, and calm across all stakeholder groups. We’ll explore strategies for supporting staff through stressful situations, maintaining public confidence, and engaging responsibly with media and community partners. Through real-world examples and actionable best practices, leaders will leave prepared to respond thoughtfully, protect organizational reputation, and strengthen community trust when it matters most.

This month marked 4 years in business for Audacity—and what a journey it has been.

From day one, our mission has been to help organizations prepare for, navigate, and rise stronger from their most high-stakes moments. Along the way, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with incredible clients and partners who trusted us with their bold ideas, urgent challenges, and important missions.

We are deeply grateful for your partnership—the stories we’ve told together, the crises we’ve averted, and the impact we’ve been able to make side by side. Every milestone we celebrate is a reflection of the trust you’ve placed in us.

Here’s to many more bold moves. 4️⃣🥂
