We are thrilled to announce that we have acquired the Frank Lloyd Wright Walser House!

After five decades of ownership by the Teague family, who helped get it designated as a Chicago landmark and are a large part of the house’s initial preservation, we began actively pursuing direct ownership of this home, as this opportunity aligned strongly with our mission and our skills as a community developer.

By bringing the Walser House into community stewardship, we're helping preserve an iconic landmark while embracing Austin's legacy, and ensuring that one of our community's greatest assets remains rooted in and connected to the neighborhood.
Thank you to our coalition of incredible partners who helped us make this milestone possible. We look forward to writing the next chapter of the Walser House together.
