I found myself doom scrolling the other day on Instagram and came across Raquel the capacity expert(). Her post was a video of her explaining how emotionally fragile we’ve become despite the growing awareness of mental health.

Her post made me think of the different producers I’ve worked with and how advanced their mental capacity has to be to be so good at what they do. How important it is to remain even keel throughout the entire process even if there is a raging fire erupting. And how resilient they are for getting films made after putting those fires out.
