Congrats Rick S. Rein and Nathan E. Delman on securing a nondischargeability ruling in a Chapter 7 case on a $10 million claim after a two-day trial in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada. The claim involved a loan that was obtained under false pretenses, resulting in a non-dischargeable debt in favor of the client.
