6 years ago today I lost so much confidence in myself when I lost you. I lost my vision and part of my purpose as well...I lost sleep, weight and the drive to keep going without you. I completely changed over night and it was a very dark place to be in and I was fine being there alone but I wasn't ok at all. I struggled and still struggled with daily depression knowing that you could not help and guide me in the ways you used to.
Heartbroken is a understatement.💔
I'm the last born, at just 32 at the time I was still connected to your umbilical cord getting the nourishment I needed. When ppl turned their backs, betrayed me, and tired to run my name thru the dirt I looked over my shoulder at still saw you standing 10 toes down. You showed me how to operate as a Woman of GOD and VALUE. You fixed my crown and tied it so tight that even if my head went down for a sec it would not fall off.
💯 Everything that I did and do was to show you that you did right by me and even in your flaws you were authentic. I can just remember our last years together and how I intentionally poured into you and showed you how much I love and adore you. Just seeing you smile when I surprised you with gifts or trips is what made my day. Your 64th B'Earthday I ust knew I had to go all out. CUSTOM SUIT, MAKE OVER, HAIR DONE, EXPENSIVE DINNER ECT..
