Happy Juneteenth! Red is an important color doing Juneteenth and I knew that this Buttermilk Fried Chicken would pair great with Pickled Watermelon!

Visiting Chicago and had to make the classic Chicago style hot dog with all the toppings: Mustard, Pickle Relish, diced white Onion, Tomatoes and a pickle spear all on a Poppy Seed bun!
