Step into our journey of restoring this 120+ year-old beauty from the ashes 🔥. This severely fire-damaged building has undergone a full restoration. Stay tuned over the next few months for a series of videos showcasing its transformation.
Another transformation in the books! This unique renovation retained and restored all of the 100+ year old wood trim, millwork and doors. It was important for us to respect the original architectural and design elements while layering on modern upgrades such as in unit washer dryer, dishwasher, granite countertops and more. This unit really captures the character and essence of true Chicago living.
